We are looking for an Administrative Systems Specialist to join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role:
Project Management
- Oversee databases, information systems, and office templates/manuals
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance the practice management system (STAR)
- Maintain expertise in firm-wide tools, processes, and databases
- Identify and resolve issues with effective solutions
- Develop and implement long-term plans aligned with firm goals
Training & Development
- Partner with L&D to create educational materials
- Lead new hire orientation and onboarding
- Design and deliver training programs (e-learning, video, FAQs)
- Facilitate courses on key systems (CaseWare, STAR, ShareFile) and monitor effectiveness
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in audit, assurance, or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, databases, and information systems
- Proficiency with CaseWare, STAR, ShareFile, or similar platforms
- Experience designing and delivering training programs and onboarding new staff
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate workflows, schedules, and team support in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience supporting recruitment and retention
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to high standards of client service and compliance with firm policies
