Prowess Connect was born out of a simple frustration: finding Learning & Development jobs in Canada was unnecessarily hard. It's a slog to find L&D opportunities in generic job boards, and finding Canada-specific roles in remote-first boards takes forever.

Ariel Harlap is a Certified Instructional Designer with a Master's in Educational Technology and over a decade of experience building learning programs at scale.
Ariel's work spans academia, non-profits, and startups—bringing a practical understanding of how learning operates across different contexts and constraints.
Ariel's approach to learning is relational—building programs with beneficiaries, not just for them. That same philosophy drives Prowess Connect: a platform built by an L&D professional who's lived the frustration of scattered job searches and generic recruiter outreach.
