Prowess Connect is a bilingual job board that aggregates Learning & Development, Instructional Design, and EdTech job opportunities in Canada. We provide job seekers with access to curated job listings and employers with visibility to qualified candidates.

- Search and filter functionality for job seekers
- Newsletter subscription for job alerts
- Employer services including featured listings and recruiting
3. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when subscribing to our newsletter
- Use the Service for lawful purposes only
- Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
- Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
4. Job and Event Listings Disclaimer
Job descriptions displayed on Prowess Connect are sourced directly from employer career pages and third-party job boards. Event information is sourced from event organizers and third-party sources. We do not create, verify, or endorse the content of these listings.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of job or event listings
- Job availability and event details may change without notice
- Salary information, when displayed, is provided by the employer and not verified by us
- You must apply directly through the employer's official application process or register through the event organizer's official channels
- We are not a party to any employment relationship or event participation that may result from using our Service
5. Intellectual Property
The Prowess Connect name, logo, and original content (excluding job listings sourced from third parties) are our intellectual property. Job listings remain the property of the respective employers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Links
Our Service contains links to external websites, including employer career pages and application portals. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party sites. Accessing external links is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prowess Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of employment opportunities
- Inaccurate job information
- Decisions made based on information found on our Service
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Actions of employers or other third parties
