You are

:

A skilled consultant who thrives at the intersection of transformation, learning, and human experience. You understand how clinical innovation, digital modernization, workforce pressures, and integrated care models reshaping healthcare. You’re passionate about helping clinicians, staff, and leaders adopt new tools, processes, and ways of working.

You bring strong consulting fundamentals—problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and analytical thinking—along with experience in Learning, Change & Human Experience, or workforce capability development.

The work

:

Support Health clients—including hospitals, regional health authorities, payers, public health agencies, and government health organizations—in planning and executing major transformation initiatives.

Develop learning strategies, curricula, materials, and capability-building programs to support workforce adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.

Apply Change & Human Experience methodologies to drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and behavior change across clinical, operational, and administrative environments.

Conduct learning needs assessments, change impact assessments, and readiness analyses to guide strategy and execution.

Support leaders, managers, clinical teams, and frontline staff through transitions such as EHR implementations, digital health adoption, workflow changes, virtual care expansion, or new provincial/regulatory requirements.

Use digital tools, learning platforms, and analytics to measure learning effectiveness, adoption progress, workforce sentiment, and experience outcomes.

Collaborate across clinical, operational, technical, and administrative teams to ensure alignment on learning and change strategies.

Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, research, and insights within the Health portfolio.

Engage actively in the Talent & Organization community, sharing leading practices and thought leadership.

Here’s what you need:

3+ years of consulting experience with a focus on Learning, Change & Human Experience, or workforce development.

Experience working with clients in healthcare—hospitals, provincial/regional health systems, public health agencies, payers, or health ministries.

Strong consulting skills in problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and analytical thinking.

A University Degree is required for this position.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Change Tracking and Measurement

Design Thinking

Workforce Capability Building

Agile or Enterprise Change Methods

You have supported transformation programs such as EHR / EMR modernization, clinical workflow changes / care model modernization, or provincial digital health initiatives.

You are experienced in using digital tools and analytics to drive change adoption and workforce engagement.

You have worked on cross-functional teams across business and technology disciplines.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
