- Design, development, and review of the education and communication strategy curriculum and training documentation for all HSPs implemented on the MIS and HRIS solutions
- Online Learning Management System support and document maintenance
- Provide guidance of the design and development of training and communication materials for working groups, information sessions stakeholders and other subject matter experts
- Facilitate working group and information sessions both internally and externally to gain understanding of educational training needs in a variety of formats
- Create, manage, and publish project and department communications through the approval process
- Consult and facilitate the delivery of technical training relating to MIS and HRIS software and reporting needs in conjunction with other resources, including legislative, and pandemic requirements (XX%)
- Follow industry best practices, processes, and policies that are required to maintain and support privacy and security requirements.
Experience Requirements
Public Sector Experience
2+ years
working in Public Sector in Health Care
Knowledge of
personal health information protection legislative requirements and how they
apply to developing and maintaining healthcare systems containing personal
health information (PHI)
