Job Brief

As a Training Lead on the Change Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful adoption of Google Workspace, Gemini, and Chrome Enterprise solutions by our clients. You will be the primary subject matter expert responsible for all aspects of training delivery and end-user enablement. Your leadership in training will directly help customers achieve the full value and benefits of their investment in Google Cloud products and services. In this customer-facing role, you will guide organizations through transitions by minimizing disruption and empowering users to embrace new technologies and ways of working.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the end-to-end training delivery process for client projects, ensuring successful user enablement and technology adoption.
  • Develop, design, and maintain comprehensive training curriculum and instructional materials (e.g., user guides, videos, quick reference cards) for diverse audiences.
  • Deliver high-quality training through various modalities, including in-person, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and self-paced e-learning.
  • Collaborate closely with the Change Managers to align training content and scheduling with the overall change strategy, communication plans, and project timelines.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments and gap analyses of client teams, readiness, and potential impacts of technology adoption.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions to promote user engagement and knowledge transfer.
  • Define and create standardized training artifacts and templates for internal use and client deliverables.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in adult learning and Google Workspace and Chrome Enterprise products.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing training-related concerns.
What we are looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, and direct training delivery.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering technical training programs, preferably in the context of large-scale technology implementations.
  • 2+ years of experience working with Google Workspace or similar collaboration platforms (highly preferred).
  • Expertise in developing training materials for both in-person and virtual delivery.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments, developing curriculum, and facilitating workshops.
  • Experience in consulting and services engagements.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with abilities to prioritize projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field. Or relevant work experience.
  • Instructional Design or Training certifications (e.g., ATD, CPLP) are highly desirable.
